Anofit will play a role in changing the unhealthy habits of our culture, and will do this one community at a time. Change starts in the home. We offer fitness services right where people live so they gain the accountability and motivation needed to stay fit.
We are looking for fitness instructors to partner with us in our efforts.
As a fitness instructor, imagine working for a company that empowers you, and makes it a top priority to develop and support you.
You have the chance to live in the community you work, and run it as if it were your own business. Your proximity keeps you connected to your clients, enabling you to help keep them motivated and on track to reach their goals. You can maintain some flexibility in your work schedule, and have many opportunities for advancement.
Future Anofit coaches will need to have:
- National certification or evidence that you are in the process of receiving a national certification.
- Entrepreneurial spirit. Each Anofit coach is a driven individual with the motivation and interest to develop their own business.
- A personal vision. Have a desire to grow, both personally and professional, and seek opportunities that promote that growth.
- Integrity. Be accountable and trustworthy, able to work without supervision.
- Professionalism. Coaches must be professional, hardworking, energetic, empathic and motivated.
- Mobility. Ability to move into the community you work
- Collaborative work ethic. Works well in a team and wants to help us in the monumental task of changing our culture - exhibit an ability to seek mutually beneficial solutions to challenges - whether client's personal fitness challenges, challenges within community partnerships, or Anofit management.
- Healthy lifestyle. Coaches should "practice what they preach." Coaches should strive for well-balanced, healthy lifestyles.
